Glitch Textiles on Kickstarter

Support Glitch Textiles on Kickstarter Today!

Glitch Textiles is a project I started last December that converts glitches in the cold, hard logic of digital electronics into warm and cozy objects like blankets, rugs, tapestries, and more.

I’m raising funds to further explore the intersection of glitch art and weaving at the TextielLab in Tilburg, the Netherlands where I’ll have access to industrial computerized weaving machines. While exploring alternative methods for programing the machines and the artifacts inherent to computerized weaving, I’ll be keeping a keen eye out for patterns and designs that could have applications in interior design, fashion, and other related textile based trades.

If this sounds like a project you can get behind, then check out the project page on Kickstarter. I’m offering loads of rewards to sweeten the pot, including early Glitch Blankets, digital prints, private lessons, and more! Chip in and share this project today!
